No Buyer Premium

Payment: Due by Friday, May 3rd at 5:00PM. Late fees of $25 per day apply to past due balances. Pay at our office Wednesday, Thursday or Friday from 9AM-5PM.

Accepted Payment: Cash, Check, ACH (electronic check, takes 24 hours to process - can pick up items after), Credit Card up to $3,000 (3% Fee), Wire Transfer ($20 Fee). Please call our office at 308-455-4410 if you would like ACH or Wire Transfer Instructions. 

Picking up items: You have 14 days to remove your items before storage fees of $25 per day start per item. We load on May 1st, 2nd and 3rd from 9AM-5PM. After this, loading is from 9AM-4PM. No weekend loadout. Storage fees of $25 per item per day after 14 days will be assessed.

All Items Are Sold As-Is Where-Is. No Returns or Refunds.

ONLINE BIDDER PAYMENT OPTIONS: ACH (takes 24 hours to process) or Credit Card with 3% Fee. Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay ACH or Wire. Wire transfers accepted also with $20 fee. All invoices need paid by 5:00PM  Thursday, April 4th, 2024 for internet bidders. All in person bidders must pay right after at the auction.

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds. You are required to pay for your items even if you do not pick them up.

LOADING: Items are located at Lacy Construction Office in Grand Island. All items need removed within 10 days. Loaders available for 7 days after the auction.
