Tract 1

Surveyed 148.31 acres  of hard land pasture with access from Grand Island and Navaho Road. The pasture is in good condition with 4 strand barbed wire fencing. Water is provided by a windmill and dam. There are two stock tanks at the windmill.

Tract 2

This pivot irrigated farm has170.74 surveyed acres. There is also an older home and building site in the southeast corner of the property.

The farm includes a Zimmatic 10 tower electric pivot which makes a full circle. There is natural gas to the well and center point. The power unit & generator are owned by the tenant and are not included. The soil consists of mostly, Uly, Holdrege & Coly Soils and Hobbs Silt Loam. The terrain is gently rolling with access from Grand Island and Gibbon Road. Overall a productive farm with good access.
