• Payment: Online bidders due by Friday, October 17th at 5:00PM & In-Person bidders due in full the day of the auction. Late fees of $25 per day apply to past due balances. Pay onsite the day of the auction or at our office on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 9AM-5PM.
• Accepted Payment: Cash, Check, ACH (electronic check, takes 24 hours to process - can pick up items after), Credit Card up to $3,000 (3% Fee), Wire Transfer ($20 Fee). Please call our office at 308-455-4410 if you would like ACH or Wire Transfer Instructions. All in-person bidders must pay immediately after the auction at the auction site.
• Picking up items: Items are located at Wilke Contracting Office in Kearney, NE. All items must be removed by October 27th. An excavator, forklift and skid steer will be available until October 22nd. After October 22nd, buyers will be required to provide their own equipment for loading.
• All Items Are Sold As-Is, Where-Is. No Returns or Refunds.
