This year the United Way will be hosting the Jersey Auction as an online only auction! Please register early and bid between January 18th and 22nd. 

All sales are final.

Payment Accepted: Cash, Check or Credit Card with 3% fee on total. The United Way accepts payment for this auction. The auction company does not accept payment. All jersey's must be paid in full by 5:00 PM on January 25th, 2021.

Sales Tax: There is no sales tax charged.

Picking Up Your Jersey: Jersey's will be available for payment and pick up at the arena after the auction on Friday, Jan. 22nd. (Just like the normal auction). For bidders that can't attend the auction, you may pick up and pay for your jersey the following week at the United Way office in Kearney. Shipping is also available for an additional $20 charge and the United Way will ship your jersey to you. 

How the Auction Works: Bids can be placed on any lots till the close of the auction. Our auctions feature a time extension feature. If a bid is placed on any jersey with less than 90 seconds left, it'll reset the clock on all jerseys. This will continue to extend until there are no bids placed by any bidders with less than 90 seconds left on the auction. This means the auction could extend 10-30 minutes or more. past 9:30PM. PLEASE BE PREPARED. 

Also bidders may place a max bid when typing in a bid. You can type in the maximum amount that you are willing to pay and the computer will bid for you up to this amount when someone else bids. This is a "set it and forget it" feature. 

Invoices are available immediately after the auction on the website. Click "Account" in the top right corner of the screen to find your invoice. Bidders that at the arena Friday night can pick up and pay for their jersey after the auction closes. 

Auction Company Fine Print:
Adam Marshall Land & Auction, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as AMA) is providing internet only bidding for this auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at any time, including the auction closing time. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against AMA or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction closing time. AMA will not be responsible for any missed or failed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should place their maximum bids at least two hours prior to the auction closing time. AMA reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. In the event of any software problem, mistake or other issue, AMA reserves the right to extend the closing times, change the extension time, stop, restart or cancel this auction at its sole discretion. Even though an item may display as "sold" on the internet, no sales are final until they are certified by AMA and Bidder receives an invoice. AMA reserves the right to cancel any or all sales and resell the items in whatever manner it chooses. All property shall be removed from the premises by the Bidder at her/his own risk and expense within the time period announced. ALL MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT THIS AUCTION MUST BE REMOVED AT THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIMES LISTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
